Our continuous pursuit of innovative solutions for the installation of glass blocks has led us to develop and refine an advanced in‑house prefabrication technique for concrete panels combined with glass blocks. With extensive expertise built over time, we manufacture small, medium and large glass block panels with exceptional precision, consistent quality and maximum reliability.

Prefabrication with glass blocks allows the creation of panels designed not only for vertical walls but also for horizontal structures such as floors, skylights and walkable surfaces. Each panel can be customised in size and finish, making it ideal for exterior façades, interior partitions and pedestrian or light‑traffic surfaces. This system ensures fast, safe and aesthetically flawless solutions, reducing on‑site installation time and guaranteeing high‑level results.

Our panels are equipped, on two sides and approximately every 70 cm, with practical and robust anchors that ensure secure fixing to perimeter walls.

This system makes installation simple, fast and safe, whether for a single panel or for larger surfaces. Production on dedicated workbenches guarantees a precise and uniform finish: the side in contact with the mould is always slightly smoother than the side exposed during the concrete casting process, giving the product a clean and professional appearance.

The use of water‑repellent cements mixed with specific resins ensures high‑quality panels with excellent resistance to weathering, wear and mechanical stress.

Assembly instructions

Precautions before installation
Make sure the space reserved to place the panel meets the following conditions:

Clean and flat support in its base.
Verticality of the walls.
Planning of the walls.

Panel support
The panel should be fixed with the appropriate systems supplied on both opposite sides, preferably always in the direction of the largest size. The anchor of both sides increase strength and security.

The opening of the wall hole should be at least 3 cm greater than the panel size to be installed.
The panel is fixed with fixing anchor (Fisher type), respecting the dilation.

Sealing
The pond is guaranteed by applying silicone throughout the perimeter of the panel, after introducing a polyethylene cord at the bottom of the joints as recommended by the usual standards.
